An Afternoon with the Horses

These animals are so beautiful, that they need no explanation or any words from me.

I hope you enjoy this afternoon as much as I did and ellie.

The next four shots are a great series.
This mare is looking out from behind this tree and as I keep approaching her response is priceless.
It ends with her run back to the group.

My Ellie girl.

Thank you once again for letting me share my day with you.

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD
will renew their strenth.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.

Jeremy's favorite verse.  Isaiah 41:28-31
Amen and Amen.

Amen and Hooah!

Beautiful horses, I bet you had a wonderful afternoon and Ellie is a cutie.

Been praying for our troops, my two cousins who are like my brothers are military. One a Navy Seal and one a Marine, love those service men...America's real heroes.

Have a great rest of the week!

With all the problems I have remembering verses, this verse [Isaiah 40:28-31]jumped out to me one day and I have remembered it ever since.
Are all of those horses yours? There seems to be so many. They are certainly beautiful animals.

Oh, the horses are gorgeous. With all that has been going on in my life the last couple of weeks, I ached to see our horses, especially my Professor. So, a couple of days ago, we just went out and did just that...there is something so therapeutic about horses. Then yesterday, in the beautiful weather, Richard literally DRAGGED me to the golf course, which I love him for, and we played around, after which we went out and I rode Professor for a while and when we were through I felt whole again for just the briefest of moments. Horses are a special animal. I LOVE the series of shots with the mare. Gotta love those crazy mares!

By the way, the Isaiah verse is one of my favorites...top 5! I love the way it starts out. "Do you not know, have you not heard..." like the author is saying, "duh, where have you been?"
