beautiful horses....reminds me of my dogs..running...chasing.. biting..then getting a drink together...
It's the pecking order. Long ago, I heard this story: If you take baby elephants away from the dominant male, they will act like teenagers all their lives -spoiled, out of control, smart-alecks, etc. Leave them there and the male will make them behave. Maybe it's the same with horses. 'If you don't behave, I'll bite you.'

Makes me think of my two kids growin' up. They made fighting a recreational event then would come to the table best of buds. Go figure?

Beautiful pictures and beautiful horses. Seeing these pictures with all they open land just makes me feel so peaceful. I would love to see that daily. This is coming from a suburban city girl who lives on a typical postage stamp lot.
