Sunday Morning

Matthew 5: 13-16

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again?  It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.
You are the light of the world.  A city on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

Let your light shine in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

"When the Church is absolutely different from the world, she invariably attracts it. It is then that the world is made to listen to her message, though it may hate it at first" (D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones).

This little light of mine...(couldn't help myself...I am the Kids church leader) Yes, I agree we need to stay salty. I pitch my salt when it gets stale. Aren't we glad God doesn't pitch us when we loose our zest for him. We serve a patient loving Father.

Have the best day full of salty gusto!!!
